We are a Chinese manufacturer of turbochargers(for cars). Recently we wanna develop our market in Japan. We have a few target companies, need your help to find out the key person of the targets and then contact him/her to introduce our products. A key person is the one who is in charge of purchasing, also the decision maker(usually the purchasing manager or boss).
