Very Simple, Keyword-Optimized Web Site Designer… EASY, STEADY JOB for an experienced Webmaster. Electronic publisher of training materials needs a Webmaster to build a keyword optimized Web site. You’ll be provided with approximately 320K words of pre-existing, copyedited small business-related content. (There is NO need for any content research.) Your job is to break up this content into 350-500-word keyword-optimized Web pages. (The content is already well-organized into subject headings and subheadings.) In the process, you’ll need to be doing some VERY light rewriting of the chunked-pages, to achieve some kind of meaningful keyword density (2-4% range). The site MUST be built in Microsoft FrontPage. So you must know how to steer clear of those 2-3 well-known FrontPage SEO-annoyances. (Anyone opposed to working in FrontPage should NOT bid on this project.) You’ll be provided with a sample site that’s been built around this model, as well as a spec sheet and layout mockup. (It’s all VERY simple text… virtually no graphics.) For easy maintenance, you should use CSS and shared borders. You should end up with roughly 750 to 1,000 articles/Web pages, that you’ll need to logically group by subject (by topic) and text hyperlink into the site’s home page. You should have strong knowledge of the basic principles of SEO, HTML and Microsoft FrontPage. We are sitting on a very large inventory of pre-existing, non-“Web-ified?? content that needs to be built into similar Web sites.
