Local adviser and handler for northern Vietnam

We are looking for a person native to northern Vietnam, preferably in the area between Hanoi and Hai Phong. Please contact us if you can handle this task before May 22nd. Goal: Export of vietnamese bamboo Your task: 1) Research the 5 most common species of bamboo, which fit the requirements below, within a close range area to either Hanoi or Hai Phong, but not outside of the marked area (picture attached). The closer to Hanoi or Hai Phong the better. The requirements are: a) the bamboo should grow to be between 5-10 cm in diameter. b) the bamboo cane must be wooden on the outside (usable as construction material). c) the nodes of the bamboo have to be closed and be no further apart than about 50-100 cm. Your job is to make a list of the 5 most common species of bamboo, which fit all of the requirements above. 2)Make a list of bamboo processing facilities, which are able to process bamboo with the criteria mentioned above. The facilities should also be able to properly dry and prepare the bamboo canes for shipping to Europe. They should also have the capacities to process enough bamboo to fill a 20 foot container. Add the contact details of each of the facilities to the list. You should be: Fluent in English and Vietnamese Familiar with the area Interested in potential further cooperation We are looking to build a lasting infrastructure for exporting bamboo. For this, we might need a contact in the region for further operations. Feel free to add any tips you might have for developing such a kind of system in the area.
