Help with writing proposal about Public Relations practitioners for Social Networks in Crisis Management

Hello there, Thanks first of all for having a chance to have a look at my proposed job, and PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS NOT A COURSEWORK. I need someone to help with providing a proposal about "The use of Public Relations practitioners for Social Networks in Crisis Management in Major Saudi Companies". Here are some hence to be considered while writing the proposal: 1. The proposal should be/present a plan for the research. 2. The purpose and the scope on the proposal should be clear, including the aims, research questions and objectives. 3. The study context must be clearly identified. so, the proposal must define what crisis are going to be investigated? What actually happened? One chapter to social media used by PR departments and practitioners. 3. One chapter about PR and Crisis management. 4. One chapter about media and crisis. 5. The English and style have to be treated professionally, and free of plagiarism. 6.
