Note: Only experienced and has the ability to complete the job within 3 weeks may apply * Description We have a parcel of land that wish to some head start promotion to our angel group of investor on the idea and concept. In order to make it looks attractive and nice, we need some concept artist impression drawing and video to enhance the presentation. We divide the parcel of land into 5 areas (Hotel, villa, Clubhouse, recreation park, Sea Sport), each area need 3~5 artist Impression 3D drawing and make them up to be 3D video. * Note of requirement for those who may be interested in taking up this job. 1. Please send me your profile and your own personal previous job result (strictly produced by yourself). 2. We need your commitment that must finish the job within the timeline, any delay, you will have to refund any milestone payment being release to you. 3. We will send you a series of 3D artist impression drawing as sample. If your profession and work cannot fulfil at least 90% of the sample qualities, you will also have to refund any milestone payment being release to you. we shall go by phases, first 1 week, hotels and façade of the development to see if it match our requirement.
