Hi, I just read the cover letter you attached and I think I can help you improving the cover letter as I have some experience with this. Some time, not long ago, I applied for many internships and I got at least to the face-to-face interview. As a first suggestion, I think you should write less about you negative points and focus more on why are you perfect for the job. Secondly, I would suggest to write a short sentence about the company, something that they are great at it and made you wanted to work for them.
