Refine a Zap that updates an Insightly Opportunity when a Quotient quote is accepted. Currently works, but wipes out all fields not sent across. We want to update just three fields and leave the rest intact. The zap is doing a search (within Insightly). When it finds a record we need to update three fields. When no record is found, we need to create a new project

My understanding is that you are requesting a proposal and immediate assistance for refining a zap for Insightly. I can help with that and can immediately start on your project. I. My qualifications for your project are as follows. 1) My professional work experience includes doing exactly what you are asking for. I provide programming services for Insightly, Zapier & Airtable. II. This is how I would approach your project. 1) We will need to discuss in detail any additional expectations for the project. (ie. Google meetings works great for this). 2) I would then gather the details and layout a detailed plan for your project. 3) Then I’ll do the work as agreed on. 4) I’m located in Columbus, OH - timezone is EST. 5) I would like to add - I recently did a similar project w/Insightly/Zapier - and the problem was that Insightly didn't support certain functions in Zapier. In this case - the problem was with Insightly custom fields - where certain custom fields were not coming over into Insightly. That could be the problem, but I wouldn't know until I started to work on the problem, or contacted Zapier. III. I will need the following information from you. 1) Insightly login credentials 2) Zapier login credentials IV.
