Hello John Dim. I propose to develop an executable file for your parser, built in Rust. I have had experience building web servers and CLIs. I can break the scope into three components: 1. Parsing of text, review inputs and outputs 2. Add pdf, doc, csv, xls, webpage document support 3. Storing data in database I require details on how you are storing this data and what you require with regards to how the tool should be accessible through a web service. If you could provide test data it would greatly accelerate the iteration testing. I expect the job to take ~10 hours work spread out over ~7days.
