I want you to design a plastic cover for a folding clothes drying rack. The idea is that the cover can be attached to a drying rack to shelter clothes from the rain but allow enough airflow to dry clothes - almost like a mini tent covering the clothes rack, similar to how plastic covers protect baby strollers from the weather. It would be even better if the cover attached to the clothes rack could be secured to the ground (with tent pegs or similar perhaps, although it will need to cater for hard surfaces too - e.g. decks, concrete, etc.). This would enable the clothes rack to be left out in any condition without getting wet or being blown over. It would be ideal for the cover to be as universal as possible (i.e. fit to most normal clothes racks. For an example clothes rack see - [login to view URL]
