Hi ! i am a professional c# Developer and i want to work on your project. i can work in C# and by using ArcGIS Sdk i can setup a app that can run in multithreaded environment to get the Required Id's in a very fast way. if the server can be access without Sdk we can easily set it up without using the sdk and that will be even more faster
