Write some Software

This will be a multi phased project. I am starting up a websites that pays on actions completed. For example, credits for completing a trial membership. Credits for downloading an app. Credits for completing surveys. The first phase will likely consist of web based offers only. I would like to have an app right away but I think it will be cost prohibitive. If you could let me know the cost of the website and website plus app I would appreciate it. Obviously both IOS and Android not just one. Like every other reward program out there my plan is to pay based on completed action. However I would like to talk to some programmers about being more specific then that. Let me give you an example. Free Trial Membership too Credit Score site is 1,000 credits. However you have the option (before signing up only not after) to be paid 2,500 credits ONLY if you decide you'll be keeping the membership. This means if you signup and don't keep the membership you do NOT get the 1,000 credits everyone else would. On the flip side - You can't sign up to get paid 1,000 credits no matter what and earn the extra 1500 credits if you decide to keep the membership. On top of this I would like to know if there could be a system put in place where phases are paid out. Example - 500 points for the trial guaranteed. If you keep it past the trial then you are given an additional 1500 points. This goes for all offers on all websites I would promote. I wouldn't want it to be a "Complete this action and get XXX Points" period. I would want users to have an option to get paid to continue progressing on the website - or get paid more for staying past the trial period. I understand (from previous experience) there is something called a post back the company sends to notify you the task has been completed. If they only have it setup to payout, for example, on a free trial membership ... How much work would be involved on their part to add other post backs to notify us of "Converted trials" ... I would like as much as this to be automated as possible. However if this is not possible I would like an in depth descripton of the limitations of a project like this. This will be a multi phased project that will be slowly released and updated .. I would like to know basic costs of what you expect to charge for the variety of features. Also, the app design if possible. Graphics for the app as well as the web site design and development quotes would also be appreciated as well. Basicaly this is the whole grab bag. It will be done a little at a time though. The more knowledgable you seem during our discussions the more likely you are to get the job. Obviously if there are two people very similar and one is more affordable they will get the job as long as I trust their abilities. More important then anything, I will want a programmer who is not only solid and dependable ... Also a programmer that "Thinks out of the box" themselves is a MASSIVE plus. I love people who don't walk straight lines to get to the point they want to reach. As long as this takes off as well as I expect it too this will be a project that needs regular upkeep, upgrades, and security improvements. Getting yourself in the door long term with a lower price up front is a wise move !
