Project would require writing a small software programe to capture certain data. It would have a mobile client and partner version to run on android and IOS. A PC based version for registration of data also included. Project must first highlight mockup of software and for both mobile and PC. The parner side would not be open to public but to a certain people base on defined algorithm. This would be linked to an existing website. All quote must highlight project plan and milestone to be made at every level of project. Other information would be made available as we discuss and source code would be released upon completion
