Atleast one contact field is mandatory There should be a option for scan documents to be uploaded as we do not want registration process to be made cumbersome and discourage people. There should be a small check box which mentions that all information is correct to best of knowledge and website will not be responsible for incorrect information ( this should be for both B2B and B2C) There should be small check box to tick mentioning that all terms and conditions are read and ok by person registering B2C customer signs in with relatively less and simple information . Registration or signing in should be relatively easy To keep the alpha numeric word box to fill in (as we see in other site registration) RANGE Merchant will see product offer as multipack i.e pack of 3 , 4, 6 etc . He cannot order individual products like B2C Merchant price will be wholesale price Customer can buy individual products and price will be retail price SHIPPING CHARGES: Merchant needs to bear additional shipping charges at check out Shipping charges will be calculated on basis of weight or volume and cart order to calculate this based on courier charges slab We are checking this possibility with courier companies - features like normal or express mode , extra charges for weekend delivery or preferred delivery time For B2C , we plan to charge shipping if only order value is less than Pound 50. If more than Pound 50 , the shipping is free for B2C INCENTIVES Merchant will be given coupons on purchase of certain value . This coupon they can use in next transaction and motivates them to buy more from the site Control of discount coupon code so we can decide whom to give . This needs to be organisation specific DISCOUNT Must have provision for discounting the off season products for B2C or run price promotion on article basis in occasion like festive sale , EOSS CHECK OUT Provision like - tick the box if delivery address is same as billing address or feed in new billing address Possibility to make payment offline by echeques for B2B CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE Customer engagement and experience features : · Articles viewed most by other customers · Suggested article going well with selected article to boost sales · Articles like / purchase history ( assess the cost for this feature and decide) Thank you mail on completing the transaction along with confirmation of successful transaction and order number and expected time of delivery and address confirmation.
