Website development with database integration and custom logic plugin

Our LLC is needing assistance in creating a website to perform certain functions. This will require some coding and database integration, and so please note this is not just a matter of building a simple WordPress site with existing plugins - we could do that ourselves. We're willing to work with someone who might be new and unproven here, as long as they can deliver results in a timely manner. If you do a good job, we'll give you a glowing review, and hire you again when we're ready for the next phase of our website development. So this is a opportunity to grow once we are generating income from the site. A very brief summary of the project: - This website will essentially sell one of two services, in the $49-$199 range, to a target audience of English-speaking customers in the continental USA. - The main page will essentially be a landing page design, intended to sell the visitor on the service. A graphics designer and copywriter have already produced much of the content needed, which you will integrate into your choice of a CMS that will eventually be hosted on our server. - The #1 development priority is for this main page to look good on any device, at any screen size. All text and graphics content will be provided to you, along with sample layouts as to how we would like the top part of the page to appear in both desktop and mobile formats. - You will be responsible for coding the “mechanics” of a Q&A process for prequalification, which will follow a logic flowchart we will provide to you. It will be fairly simple and straightforward, and the main development priority is this must work quickly & easily on all devices and screens. - Once you have completed development to this point, we will begin the next phase of this project's development: We will want all the information gathered during the prequalification process integrated into a secure database on our server. We will need a way to return a result to a query submitted by users that will display a subset of the information about one specific customer, while keeping all the other information about that customer private. This is just the first step in the development of our new website, there will be many more opportunities afterwords.
