Hello, This project is look like some of my past project. That project was developed with ability to assign group or type of each document items. While group was design as hierarchy(as you ever seen tree view) with allow user to add/edit/delete. New document will upload with allow to input in some text such as name and description, and you can search with that text. I can offer all of above if you need, but not limit to its.
