Very honest people, if you do this fine we will give you more tasks of other projects, since we're an agency and have multiple clients / projects, most of them based in WP. == General requirements for any freelancer in this kind of tasks - Have a good english (we also talk portuguese and spanish, just in case you use any of this languages). - Better if you're a WordPress coder / developer - Must have skype account, better if we can talk directly via voice / cam in special cases - Available for long term deals and other future projects - We want freelancers that fixes issues in minutes, not in hours. At least 10 years experience per area. <------------------- Knowledge -------------------> == Techs / areas we want you to be a guru: - Google Insights / mobile / gtmetrix / pingdom optimization in WooCommerce WP area - JQuery / CSS / PHP / JavaScript expert - Apache / Nginx / Varnish / guru - Excellent skills managing systems like cPanel, Plesk, memcached, etc - Very good and fast tuning sites using GTMetrix, PageSpeed Insights and Pingdom - Fast - All kind of caching that helps to improve WooCommerce - Datalog / NewRelic management - Application Performance Management and Monitoring tools == Tasks to execute: We just want you 2 hours to help us understand how to tune different sites and optimize pagespeed, detect bottlenecks, fix PlugIns conflicts and also the server's response. We will ask you things like: 1.- Why 2 similar sites have 1s / 5s load time ? 2.- Why 2 similar sites have a 1.000% difference or response time (reference is grey chrome circle) 3.- How to detect what elements are making an admin site slow 4.- Etc Remember, we want to talk with you 2h via skype, using voice or webcam, we can discuss things and also share screens to show and suggest things, so you must have a good english.
