Vimeo video embed on Wordpress site (and additional minor changes)

1. Vimeo player: Need 2x Vimeo videos to open in light-box/player on homepage of [login to view URL] a) [login to view URL] to link from 'play button' on homepage slider b) [login to view URL] to link from 'play icon' under 'Why Visual web' section of the homepage Please note: Currently Youtube versions of the videos play in a lightbox/video player. These need to be Vimeo videos for UX. Currently when I use the vimeo url in the wordpress cms it simply links to the video hosted on vimeo (taking my visitors away from my site). They need to remain and view the video on the homepage in a lighbox/video player. 2. Alignment issue: Central alignment of '3 benefits columns' under the homepage slider. They currently appear to be aligning left slightly. 3. Icon size: Icons on the following page: [login to view URL] are too small. Need to be same size as the icons on homepage. 4. Post Excerpts on blog Posts on the blog homepage currently display in full. We need 'excerpts' enabled so visitor can view opening paragraph and image but then have to click 'read more' to view the full post. 5. Spacing/whitespace issue Small spacing issue underneath pricing columns between text needs reducing.
