I need more details. Is need server full setup and has ssl? I mean web server part with files. Or it is fresh linux installed? Do You have instruments on Your computer to move site code and db? I think it will take some time. If You can move needed files and db to both need servers so I can only edit code and configure servers I can decrease price to 100$

as long as I can ssh into the servers from your computer, the move should not be an issue. Know knowing how the new servers are setup will take some time if I have to install the required components, httpd. php, modules, etc. 3 days is enough time to backup, move data, setup new server, restore and configure.
