Rets Data Feed (xml feed type) 2 - Data update fix to keep the Data Accurate

when you run [login to view URL] with the curent query as I thought would keep it updated they are only giving status A & S this won't remove the ones with the other status example if one went off the market it was still showing in local db. Also they have put a max pull of 5,000 per query so I have had to add back the MLSAreaMajor field to break it down. So what I need is for a function to run after this query: runRetsQuery( '(LastChangeTimestamp='.$lastupdate.'%2B),(MLSAreaMajor='.$area_codes.'),(Status=|A,S)' ); to pull all avablie listings with the status A query example: runRetsQuery( '(MLSAreaMajor='.$area_codes.'),(Status=|A)' ); I belive that function runRetsQuery($query) in the [login to view URL] will work just fine but when it comes down to function xml_element_end($parser, $name) is wear things get changed up. You will need to pull only the data fields from the remote server for (MLSNumber,MLSAreaMajor) also mlsfeed name will have to be difiend ie $mlsfeed = 'bonita'; that info will be put into an arrey and checked against the local db and if the property is in the local db but not in the data pulled from the remote server it would get removed along with all images for that property. If the property is in the remote feed pull but not in the local db it would add that property and any photos it may have. - when checking the data on the local db you will need to check the MLSNumber weare MLSAreaMajor and mlsfeed and weare the status is not Active or Sold are the same has the remote server example when it querys all active in ES01 it would look only for the ones with ES01 and mlsfeed name to check if it needs removed or added. local db fields: mlsarea,mlnum,mlsfeed,status remote server:MLSAreaMajor,MLSNumber,mlsfeed (as defind on script), Status also when the data is inputed into the local db its not sowing any special caricters it changes it to some funky text. Please make notes as to what lines you change.
