Hello all, I am in need of building a new web app, that will work across any mobile device. I am looking to start from scratch, and I don't mind if templates are used for admin control. The main purpose will be for profile management. I would like to be able to create multiple profiles to manage. When creating a new profile i would like to have a QR Code generator to assign a QR code to the profile, each time a new one is created. The web app will not need any QR code scanning capabilities. Instead, each profile will have its own public link, so when a smart phone scans the QR code, it will open the hyperlink. I am looking to have a Admin dashboard, and the ability to manage data, specifically from the profiles, and to also be able to create certain reports. This will be the first phase for this project, eventually i would like to create accounts and more functionality in the second phase. Thank you.

Hi, I've red the complete projet brief and highly interested for this project. I have more than 12 years of experience in web development using php and mysql. I have read the full brief and it seems that in the first phase there will be only admin control to create profiles and qr code for each profile and then allow to open the profile page when qr code is scanned. I got some rough idea for this proejct but still I would request you to provide me more specific and detailed specification and then we will further discuss in PMB.
