Pizza Delivery System

I need a Pizza Ordering System written in PHP/MySQL. These are the exact needs: 1) Front End System - Basic Shopping Cart System that allows customers to order system. They have the option to: a) Choose Pre-Made Pizzas b) Start from a blank Pizza and add toppings c) Choose from Specials (i.e. 2 Medium Two Toppings for 5 Dollars) d) Choose other Items (Drinks/Soda/Buffalo Wings) e) Submit to a Form where the order is sent to the Pizza Shop 2) Back End System - Admin a) Submit/Edit Pre-Made Pizzas b) Cost of Toppings (i.e. Mushrooms cost 1.00) c) Create Specials d) Create Other Items e) Check on the Status of All Orders f) Very General but brief reports on all orders made I hope this is sufficient to get the project going. Please provide documentation/clean code/clean interface system as I will be making modifications to the script once it's done. Only apply if you have created medium sized database applications such as the one listed. Please provide a couple of links/ and possibly demos of sites that you've done in the past.
