Page 1: Welcome Screen, which should have “ WELCOME “ in the first line and “Select ENGLISH / ARABIC “ in the second line, Ref the image 1 Page 2: Once selected the language from the first page 5 question will be on the second page which needs to get feedback answers for the same, ref the image 2 Page 3: Once submitted the Q&A on page 2, page 3 will open and finish. ref image 3 Day end needs to get the consolidated report from the apps
