We have far to many initial requests, and its suggesting that '545.1KiB of JavaScript is parsed during initial page load. Defer parsing JavaScript to reduce blocking of page rendering.'
I can reduce the size of the images, but even the wp-admin runs the same slow pace, I've never experienced this before.
I need someone to reduce the load time based on the recommendations of GTMetrix, and anything else you feel will help, its currently 31 secs.
Its very important that the site functionality is not effected, I understand it to be moving header elements to the footer partly, 90 elements are loading immediately, we would need this to be atleast half that to actually speed this up.
This process needs to be done MANUALLY please, we have tried a plugin and it effected the Woo Commerce variants, so that the shop didn't work, which we do not want to happen. We need to help the site not stop it working properly.
Please take a look at the Image attached for what needs to be done.
I know this should take 3-4 hours max, so please do not bid over $60 you will be disregarded, particularly as it means you didn't read the description of the project (here) :)
