huge problem: deadline 09th march 03:00am new york time. please check [login to view URL] the homepages explains the project. status quo: you'll find a huge <form> on the site "submit story". at the moment i get all inserted data via email. then i have to fill the data from email in a cms to get it online. even the story-counts (3 stories from 2 authors from 2 country.....online) i have to fill out via cms at the moment. what i want: 1. the story, userdata, everything from the form has to be saved in a sql-db. 2. on the homepage, the area "latest stories" has to be filled from db 3. the story-count has to come out of the db 4. page "read-stories" need filters, overview over stories. 5. fullstory-page is missing. every story one page, user can rank/vote for the story 6. url-syntax for fullstory like this: http;//mycrazytravelstory.com/<storyID>_happenedto<authorsprename>_in<storycountry>.html/php everything has to be prepared for the "version 2" with login, user-administration, story-administration by authors. joomla could be an option, but not a must! need an absolutely perfect php-coder!! and more: the page "read stories" (overview-page + fullstory-page) standard-view on the site: the last 10 stories. full title, and the authors/story-informations (how it is on the homepage) and a navigation "next 10/previous 10". if you click on a story you come to the fullstory where you also can rate the story. (if possible 2 ratings: 1x credibility, 1x regular voting from shit to excellent) regular is essential, credibility could be made in v2 or so. the "read a story"-page needs options to filter: a) topranked b) newest c) all stories d) in language e) in country if there is no ranked story, then show all. if there is a ranked story, show the ranked storie(s), the rank, and below unranked stories from the same category. something with good usability - that point, i'm sure, we'll optimize in v2. URL-specifications very urgent for seo - and maybe a bit tricky. a full-story-page should named like this: http;//mycrazytravelstory.com/<storyID>_happenedto<authorsprename>_in<storycountry>.html/php or similar, we do something like this here: [login to view URL] (everything behind the productID 41946475 is redundant and only for seo) <authorsprename> and <storycountry> cleaned from non-url-conform chars for sure. even the filtered pages on "read stories" should have some seo-friendly url. we have to make sure, that google finds all full.-story-pages easily. seo is essential, no parameters in the url would be great. IN FUTURE (V2), not part of that project now: login-area for authors and users. user-administration. story-administration for authors via login.
