Hello, General description: Real estate website for properties for sale, with multilingual support (left to right, right to left, Chinese, special characters). Requirements: Responsive easy management system for uploading ads. Search ads by search filters, show ads/search results on map SEO friendly html5 mixed with WP (with yoast) design show dynamic currency (auto convert between currencies with current daily conversion rate) blog should be embedded in the site as a page Will not be accepted: fixed wordpress temlate that can't be adjusted to fit site's exact requirements poor backoffice UI Required fields and fields behavior for search* (*site is only for properties for sale. so usual WP template with "properties for rent" will be useless). 1. field = location (required to be multiselect) 2. field = price (min-max) 3. field = property size (min-max) 4. field = number of rooms advanced search = 5. field = View/facing (multi select, with the following options: All, Facing street, Facing Yard, Panoramic). 6. Field = Condition of property (multi select, with the following options: 7. All, Classical Renovated, needs renovation, new/under construction) Field = Floor, with the following option: From Ground floor From 1st floor and up From 2nd floor and up From 3rd floor and up 8.
