Hi Developers, we are looking to develop app for message chat and voice chat we have one app apk file if we can make changes there create it better app is that possible or we must have to start from secret and app we need with cpanel from where we can control app .example its look like adult chat call center so we will add our agents through control panel who will chat with customers and also answer customer calls through app but customer will be charged that text and calls by network so we have to set permission for make calls and sms through sim network not free app
