I need a member's area for web-site soon! READ DESCRIPTION THOROUGHLY!!! Details: #1 member's can signup #2 member's must check box all the agreements and terms we give you for inside the website #3 Must be able to email or message members inside the site #4 Must be able to send out a text the there phones from inside the site #5 Must be for members to upload files that we ask for #6 members area must be organizes for us to see each members profile and what doucments thay have uploaded #7 We have numbers to put inside the site and members will ask the program to give them numbers or how many sets of numbers #8 After members get there numbers, they must come back to the site to upload a pictures of those numbers, so the system needs to remind them or send a text and message inside the site they have not uploaded or took a picture of it #9 members area must show how many numbers are left when members are taking numbers, as this will decrease. #10 must be able to refresh all the numbers on certain days and times #11 must show numbers that won inside the site as well In your proposal please list down ALL of the questions and the information you need from my side, READ DESCRIPTION THOROUGHLY!!!

Hello, My name is Deniz and I am a senior web developer. I know that my offer is a bit higher than your budget but this is the best offer that I can make. I have 10+ years experience with PHP, CSS/HTML, JavaScript and MySQL. I am also very experienced with different texting and mailing APIs. I can complete this project within 2 days. I just want to know which API do you want to use for mails (forgot password etc.) and SMS (for texting clients)?
