Hello we have an online market place being built, we are based in the UAE and our customers are from this region. We charge small amounts to list an item on our portal (gallery) 1AED and our fees for use and other features are quite small ranging 2-4 AED. To qualify ensure your quote/proposal in considered it starts with the sentence - "Marketplace proposal for linking website to gateway/wallet and solving the problem as stated" This is to avoid and automatically reject copy and paste quotes! We need recommendations on a payment gateway/ewallet/other facility that can work similiar to paypal here. The provider must be able to work with UAE banks, there are 3 payments buyer to seller, seller to portal, refunds seller to buyer. These small amounts the portal charges can be done individual which does not make commercial sense or we "charge" in into their online portal account and after say 15 days when the amounts build up hopefully the portal sends and invoice and automatically deducted from the seller card/wallet and placed into our wallet.
