I know what I need the website to do but I am having trouble articulating the pages the way I would like them to flow. This job is going to be ongoing and likely take about a week to complete. I have my content ready to go and I can add in to the pages and have you organize the pages and do the tweaks I'd like, or it may be easier for me to give you a powerpoint outline and you simply build the site. Please provide in your bid the way you would like to complete the project from the two outlined above or if you have a third idea we could look at that too. If you don't reference in your bid you simply will not get the job.

Hi Sarah, thanks for inviting us to this project. We guess that we are talking about the same portal as we built on Saturday. We would be glad to help you in building the structure of your portal in Liferay. It can get sometimes tricky when talking about site templates, site organization, global portal and so on... But we would help you out and we would try do give you information and user guides so you can control the portal by yourself in the future in a more comfortable way. We set 7 days in the bid, because you said that it might take about a week. Regarding the way on how to handle the handover of content; it is probably better for both of us if you provide us the ppt file directly. But we can discuss about it.
