I am trying to build a question and answer forum. I need to add a feature to the forum that can notify the user when his/her question is answered using database notify feature in laravel (similar to a notifications in facebook where fb user can see the notification in the globe icon when his post got a comment or like). Also need unit test and feature test for that feature.
