Image Editing/Viewing Site with Automatic Indexing

Good Afternoon, I’m looking to have a particular web script developed. Background: This (mobile and computer compatible) website will provide access to images and pdf documents via the webpage where users can login and search images by a variety of terms (names, etc). User will then be able to view the images with ability to magnify, zoom, pan, and adjust color/brightness. While also viewing the images, the user will be able to annotate and draw on the image for which it will be saved for the next user who views the image. Technical Requirements: 1.) WEBSITE MUST BE COMPATIBLE WITH IPADs, iPHONES, etc. 2.) Website must be secured with encrypted passwords and have compatibility for SSL. 3.) Each user will have their own login and password that we’ll create in a backend. 4.) Website must be able to automatically take images uploaded to a folder on the same server and then index them into the website for user access. Indexing by image name, etc. 5.) Images should be visible by clicking on the image link or by clicking on a date and being able to view all images by that date in a continuous flow with editing capabilities on each. Kind of like a carousel of images or a side by side view of multiple images, but being able to dynamically update with edits and notes. 5.) Users will have access to a toolbar below image where they can zoom, magnify, pan/rotate, and adjust color/brightness of the image. Users will also have access to edit the image by drawing and placing notes that will be linked to their username and logged into the database. 6.) All image edits will need to be linked to an account. (Preferably when hovering over an edit, the username and time of edit will show of the person who made the edit.) 7.) An administrative backend will be needed for us to do the following: - Create Accounts (Name, Password, Email Address) - Modify Accounts (Passwords, Names, etc) - Delete Accounts - Manually Add Images - Ability to Modify Image Names and Dates Uploaded - Ability to Delete Images A Basic Visual Template on the front-end is acceptable. Nothing extensive required. We can accomplish this after coding work is complete. Could you please send me an estimated time of work necessary, timeline, quote and copies of any recent work for reference? We’d like this done as soon as feasibly possible. Thank you, Scott
