The previous freelancer didn't complete the task. I need a new freelancer to fix the My Account area of my website as well as set up some things and check if digital downloads is working as my website is digital file shop NOT physical ecommerce. Must make sure that the digital downloads is working on this website, i mean when customer makes payment, they'll automtically receive their digital files in the My Account area and also auto email with link to download as well as login details to their My Account area.
