Please read carefully. We have a saved google form which is supposed to be filled in offline, then submitted when the user is online. The form is not working as expected. We have used this method before with the old version google forms but it does not work with the latest version of google forms. The google form is here [login to view URL] The method we used before was as follows: - Open the google form in a browser on pc - Save webpage(complete) OR you can download the zipped file below. When we repeated the method with the current (latest) version of google forms, we got the following result: - The radio buttons do not work - The form is not able to submit - Placeholder values still appear in text fields even when text is entered We would like to use the same html with minimal modification. The form must be able to be filled in offline, and submitted to the same responses sheet as the original form when the device is online. You will make the file functioning on Google Chrome and Firefox, offline. Functioning means: -radio buttons work -form can be filled offline and submitted online (submitted to a Google Sheet) And you will: -share EXACTLY what you did to make the form work
