Please Start with DREAMZ before typing your proposal. I am not a fan of those automated messages. It is a large site with 100+ pages. The current layout will be kept in tact. We want a html template to be used for this and changed to Dreamweaver template. We expect: 1. create the new template (from existing html template) 2. Replace old template and make whole site functionally. 3. Do small things if needed afterwards. For the right person an easy job. Please give your quotation, experience and time frame.
