Want to have a website, which will basically have study materials and online test for competitive examinations. Here is the gist of what I am looking for. Please tell me the how can it be done? In terms of a. hardware requirements , b. Database management, c. Software development and maintaining and debugging… 1. Whoever hooks up will be able to view the detail in the website- such as the objective, study and exam plan, …. 2. Any user can register with a valid email and mobile… there will be two way authentication OTP for both the email and mobile… 3 Required a database server and database application with admin rights to upload and modify, .. 4. The candidates can see the answers only after completing the test and confirmation by submission or on expiry of time… 5 There will be some study material uploaded, chapter wise and a test on that chapter. Finally there will be mock tests on the entire syllabus according the exact exam pattern and syllabus. A registered user can take sample tests.. but to get full access, the user needs to make payment. The interface to be available on the web Payment can be made online
