I checked your requirement. I have a strong and experienced in-house team of Designers and Developers who work closely knitted on HTML5, Bootstrap, Wordpress and PHP technologies and which are capable to work dedicatedly/hourly with you on your projects. I have hourly basket plans (20hrs, $160) for Designers or Developers. You can use these hours in 6 months time period. my hourly rate is $10/hr.
