Hello, We have a blog in Blogger whose address is [login to view URL] We want it better designed such that it starts looking attractive to the readers the moment they open the Blog. No content needed to be changed only the design. We are in need of a Creative designer who can do the job. My maximum budget for this task is $60 (the less, the better).
