Hello. Lots of sysadmin experience here. I have understood your goals and I confirm that I can do this for you which includes decent documentation of every step taken. I used to create a report like that e.g. for a medical Swiss company (even though it was mostly about security hardening and some audits). What I can't offer is screen sharing though. Please let me know if we can skip this part as working over remote screen slows me down and causes lots of discomfort (eye-bleeding screen fonts, typing lag, not able to focus properly, etc.). We could e.g. do this in some VPS instead of your production machine and once all is done you could simply replicate it on your own (I guess that's your point anyway). Please let me know your thoughts. Ready to start anytime. Thank you.
