Customise Contact Form 7 Notifications Using Subject Field

I am looking for an expert in Contact Form 7. I need to customize the notification email that the administrator receives using the subject field with either 1) the users name or 2) the date of submission. We receive many emails from people who have completed and submitted the form but when we receive the form from them, all forms have the same subject line. I want to customise the subject field so that the users name or the date of submission is captured. This way we can file the emails according to name or date and it will be easier for us to keep track of all the emails that come in and answer them accordingly. Please let me know if you can assist. I do not want change the form itself, we must continue with Contact Form 7. Please do NOT try and change the form to Gravity FOrms or any other form. The other fields in the form must also not be tampered with. Please reply if you have a solution to the above problem. Please see attached screenshot which will show you what I need.
