We have designed and programmed software for many governmental and private organizations. We are skilled in all of the skillsets that you are seeing as important to your project. We have others skillsets that could be of use in your project. We will worked with you to produce a quality plugin but you have to be willing to work with us to keep everything on the original spec put together at the beginning of the project. After we have a detailed and final spec of the plugin we can have a beta version for testing in 2 weeks. If we working from a detailed and final spec then posting 3 updates a week should not be an issue. It can becomes an issue if we are chasing a moving spec of your plugin. We can discuss any remaining issues with you as per your wishes.
