We sell products delivered from different warehouses. We want to receive phone orders and for that we need a simple order form to create those orders manually. This form should have the following information: Date and time (ASAP as default) Customer name Phone Customer email Delivery address Apartment Comments Payment method An "add products" feature. The products have the following information: Product name, product description, product add-ons (Color, size, etc), name of the warehouse that have this product and pricing. Each product added should have the option to add a special comment by the administrator. The pricing of the order should be calculated inmediatly based on products value and number of warehouse. The delivery price goes up for each warehouse in the same order. After that the administrator click on "Place order" and done. He should be redirected to a thank you page or whatever. You would have 2 alternatives to develop this, based in the cost effective alternative: 1.- Create a simple database with the products information and a simple form to create the orders. Obviusly the add product option should be connected to the database to get the product value and product name. We will have about 200 products of 10 different warehouses. 2.- Use our current woocommerce installation with the products added there. You should simplify and customize the "add order" feature to adapt it to our needs.
