Hi There, Hope this finds you in great shape and health. So basically what you're saying is, you'll provide us with a DB of read-only ID numbers. What we have to do is to create a form that will be responsive and compatible across major devices and will ask for a ID number at the beginning. Once somebody puts in a ID number and if that ID number matches a record in the DB then a data set will be populated and the user could be asked few more things to complete the data or if the data already exists then the user will be able to edit the data. Once this process is done, the entire information will be sent over to Podio. Please correct us in our understanding in case we have gone wrong somewhere. Here are a few questions that come to our mind in the first instance: 1. Will there be any registration or login mechanism on the site? 2. Will there be any admin approval once the users create a new record or make an update? 3. Don't you think this way anyone can update anybody's info provided they have the ID. don't you think there should be some other robust mechanism to check this? 4. Will we be only responsible of sending across the data via a webhook to Podio and then podio takes over from there or is there anything in Podio that we need to address too? 5. Have you thought of (roughly)any flow of the process, right from the moment a user lands on the site? As you could guess there are more questions, but i guess this is good to get started with.
