The solution shall have the followings features: 0) A single page in wordpress, very simple visual. Asking for login. 1) The form shall be in a second page 2) Form is only available to registered users 3) A set of questions to be inserted in the form with multiple choice, each choice have a hint (this hint dont shall be presented immediatelly to the user) 4) Always in the form we shall have a list of "missing items" in form, in order to user know what questions are missing. 5) After the user finish the quizz, site shall send a PDF file with logo, all questions, respective answers and also the "hints" mentioned before.
