Check how well WordPress can be used on our design

We want to develop a website with the design following the attached JPG. We are considering WordPress as a publishing platform. We need the following: • Be the static landing page for the company • Have static information pages about the company • Link to the dynamic pages in a different server through a button click • Permit adding material from a WYSIWYG interface in max 30 minutes after the content is ready • Permit multiple users to post materials under their own name and photo The purpose of this project is to verify if WordPress is the best platform for us. The deliverable must be either 1) a maximum one-page document detailing how WordPress fits the need, and what compromises need to be made; or 2) a dummy page which demonstrates the same. If the project is successful, we will consider giving the web development project for the same person. Please note: we want to know we are selecting the best platform. "Feasible", "feasible with the following problems", "not feasible, consider platform XX" are all acceptable responses. We will provide the JPG to the person selected to run the project.
