I need to have a web based database built, have reporting functionality, and user permissions. We are working on a small project at multiple locations and I need the database to manage all of the reports. I want to move to a web based system of inputting the reports as opposed to the current way of manually entering the reports in PDF documents. I also want to have a time management system that will print out time sheet reports. I have all the reports already made, I just need them put into an online database format. Please quote me a price. YOU WILL BE IGNORED IF YOU ASK HOW MUCH THE BUDGET IS FOR THE JOB.
