Build a booking marketplace site Long Term Project.

Hi All, We are looking to build a market place site for property owners. The project is simple - user post a task and we will show list of the contractors base on the location category of the job, & availability max invites per task is 3 please see taskrabbit,com gosmith,com bark,com handy,om We have a logo? Text alerts we are on suing twilio,com or plivo,com also open to others. There is two options one is we can use a open source code base to speedup the process time framework we like Laravel, and others please No WP. We are open to utilise other already made code if only possible. 1A- At the moment we only need user too do 1 thing Post the job & invite contractors - but within the same page their will Reg 2 & use verification of the mobile number all in 1 page like 1-2-3-4- after posting the job we will show up to 8 or more Builders that match the job category posted by the user Up too3 invites per job max invites or booking is all the same. The post a job page we will show 4 main categories, as follow - normal-end of - maintenance - emergency. All payments to the contractors will be made out side the site. Contractors reg- pay basic membership for every 3 month- so that there account stays active - package is as follow - pack 1- 10 alert via text - email alerts are free - pack 2- 20 alert - pack 3- 30 alerts, Builder can choice to automatic when the credit is low we credit it or manually but we will alert when login on the site - Payment [login to view URL] - Their only need to add there card one after that is all automatic , if possible. Again we are open mind about this. as we would like to be just basic and very simple . Each alert is one credit - on the alert will be - the job category - number - time to contact the user little bit about the job and will say if is normal job - so on. see above. As me for more info.
