Asp.net School Management -- 2

I need some one to create a small but fully featured version of School Management. This system will be part of our Business Platform and integrated with a few modules we already have developed. The main idea behind this project is built a few modules for school management: Admission, Bus management, Billing, Teachers, Students, Course, Attendance, Discussion groups, Administration. Security: Aspnet Membership: Users and Roles Application architecture: .net (vb.net preffer). SQL Express or SQL Server (must deliver database script). n-tier development (Entities, Logic through webservices called by jquery, Data Access, UI) Asyncronic (no postback). Reports using RDLC no Crystal report or any other third parties reportings. UI (MVC or Silverlight is Welcome) but we preffer webform. No Milestone will be release till we see full working version and review code. Detailf for each module will be given once freelancer be choosen.
