Understood the requirements. I can add the cookie consent and the adblocker checker. Relevant Skills and Experience Built many web apps, and prepared a few for GDPR. I understood what needs to be done and ready to do it. Proposed Milestones €40 EUR - initial €93 EUR - on completion I suggest if they decide to decline the cookie consent, still allow them to see the homepage, but if logged in then log them out, and disallow logging in, as that will likely place a cookie on their device. I also suggest (and is required by GDPR rules), regardless whether they accepted or rejected the cookie consent, we need an icon or a link somewhere to bring up the cookie consent screen again, in case they've changed their mind. As for the adblocker checker, I suggest in this case we disallow the use of site until they disable adblocker.
