Hi Freelancers, I need a custom opt-in plugin created that is similar to the Hellobar drop down, fullscreen opt-in form. The plugin must have an area in the admin where the user can connect to their AWeber API and select a list. The plug must also have the option to choose where the drop down appears (Pages, Posts, Archive, Etc). As well as how many times per session. I would also like a WYSISYG editor so, they can customize their offer.
