Fixing Connection Error "Failed to Start Up Socket" - Webpages not loading

I am attempting to run a 3rd party software program on my VPS system. It begins by opening up Firefox to login to a specific google account automatically. You can actually see the software opening up Firefox. However, it never does continue which is automatically clicking on the sign-in button and typing in the google username and password. After about 30 seconds, I get an error message that says: "Failed to Start up socket within 45000 seconds. Attempted to connect to the following address: [login to view URL]:7500." When I type in the url [login to view URL] in my browser, it never loads up the website, only errors to try again. I was able to get some answers but no followup. Here is what another person suggested: -----------------------this is what was suggested to me--------- This issue probably occurred due to Firefox upgradable version but doing some changes in web driver dll file you can successfully run your scripts. Updating through "NuGet" is what helped me. Firefox 47 and Selenium Webdriver 2.53 wasn't working. Checking the selenium site, it still shows "2.53" as their latest. Checking "NuGet" though, I saw there was a "2.53.1" version available. Please let me know if you are able to resolve this issue for me and what access would you need other than my VPS login access. Bascially, I think that once you have fixed this issue, I should be able to open up firefox and type in the url [login to view URL] and it will pull up a website page without any errors.
